Adler Leadlove-Misner is in his first year as Director of Football Equipment at HCU.
He spent the 2025-26 school year as the Head Equipment Manager for the entire athletic department at East Texas A&M, helping establish the equipment team and helped with their rebrand to Nike.
Prior to his time in Commerce, Leadlove-Misner worked at Florida International University in Miami, Fla. While at FIU, he aided the Conference USA football program within the equipment department as the head football equipment manager. Adler made sure the football team was ready on and off the field with an excellent group of students.
He joined the Panther staff in 2024 from Ottawa University-Arizona (OUAZ) where he worked with the Spirit football program. Leadlove-Misner was on staff at OUAZ from 2021-2023, handling the program’s equipment needs and aiding the coaching staff with other duties as assigned. While at OUAZ, he helped the Spirit win three consecutive Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC) Championships while posting a 23-5 record. He joined the Spirit staff in 2021 after spending time at Midland University.
While at Midland, Adler helped the coaching staff from 2019-2020 in the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC). He assisted on the offensive side of the ball, while helping the rest of the staff with other tasks.
Before his time with Midland, Adler spent time with the Southwestern College Jaguars in Chula Vista, California, from 2016 to 2018. He was the assistant to the head coach while helping with the quarterbacks. The program posted a 26-7 record while winning three consecutive championships in the California Community College Athletic Association.
An El Cajon, California native, Leadlove-Misner graduated from OUAZ with his Bachelors in Communications. Adler is married to his wife, Tommie, and has three children.
