Aaron Winchester is in his third year at HCU and his second as wide receivers coach while adding pass game coordinator duties to his role with the Huskies. Winchester also coached HCU’s running backs in 2023.

In 2025, Ja’Ryan Wallace led the HCU receivers with 36 receptions, 547 yards and three touchdowns. He spent the 2024 season as wide receivers coach and camp coordinator at Campbell. In his year with the Camels, Winchester helped guide Sincere Brown at all-conference honors with an impressive 61 receptions for 1,028 yards and 12 touchdown receptions.

Winchester previously coached at HCU in 2023, leading the team’s running backs and serving as camp coordinator. Under his guidance, HCU’s running backs produced the top rushing offense in the Southland Conference with 158.4 yards per game on the ground. The HCU duo of Jesse Valenzuela and Darryle Evans both finished the year in the top-seven in the SLC in yards per game.
Winchester joined the Huskies' staff after one season as the offensive graduate assistant at the University of South Florida. Prior to USF, he was the tight ends coach and video coordinator at Central Connecticut State and began his career as an assistant football and basketball coach at Mount Pisgah Christian School.

A native of Lawrenceville, Georgia, and a standout at Mount Pisgah, Winchester went on to play quarterback at Georgia State, before finishing his career at CCSU. He earned a bachelor of arts in interdisciplinary studies from Georgia State, then a Master of Science in technology management from CCSU.
