2016: Guzman earned All-Southland Conference honorable mention, the second all-conference honor of his career…enters the season with the third-highest average yards per punt in Southland Conference history (42.9)…punted 80 times for a 41.6-yard average, which ranked third in the league…recorded 11 punts of 50-plus yards, 22 inside the 20 and 21 fair catches…punted 10 times for a 41.7-yard average, including a season-long 59-yarder, three inside the 20 and four catches, against second-ranked Sam Houston State (9/24)…averaged 46.5 yards on four punts, including a 58-yarder, against Nicholls (10/15)…rushed for 25 yards on a fake punt in a 24-17 victory at Lamar (10/29)…averaged 44.9 yards on nine punts, with two 50-yarders and four inside the 20 at UTEP (11/5)…tied his season-long with a 59-yard punt at Incarnate Word (11/17).
