Biography

2022: Kennedy appeared in all 11 games for the Huskies…finished with 33 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss and a quarterback hurry…recorded a career-high nine tackles with two tackles for loss at Tarleton (11/19)…was credited with five tackles, one for loss, vs. Northwestern State (10/15).

2021: Kennedy appeared in all 11 games...recorded 32 tackles, three tackles for loss and a quarterback hurry…made seven tackles in the season opener at New Mexico (9/2)…had six stops at Prairie View A&M (9/18)…had five tackles at UIW (10/30) and against UIW (11/20).

2020: Appeared in two games, at Texas Tech (9/12) and at Louisiana Tech (9/26) …named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

High School: Was a three-year starter at Whitehouse High School for coach Marcus Gold…rushed 126 times for 740 yards and scored 12 touchdowns…also recorded 143 tackles, eight TFLs, 5.5 sacks and two interceptions, earning second-team all-district honors and District 9-5A Utility Player of the Year…was an academic all-district selection and was a first-team all-district selection in basketball.
