Biography

2013 (Senior): One of only two Huskies to start all 18 matches...set new career highs with four goals, four assists, and 12 points...finished third on the team in points and goals, and tied-for-second in assists...had a five-point match at Army (9/22), with two goals and one assist, and was later named WAC Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts...also scored in back-to-back matches at Bakersfield (10/25) and UNLV (10/27)...recorded assists at Central Arkansas (8/30), at IUPUI (9/11), and against San Jose State (11/3)...had 43 shots and 18 shots on goal...his 1347 minutes played were the fourth-most on the team...finished career fifth in the HBU career record books with 4257 minutes played, tied-for-eighth with 61 games played, and tied-for-seventh with 50 games started.

2012 (Junior): Played in 15 matches with 14 starts...half of his 10 shots were on goal...his lone assist came at San Diego State (9/7)...played in 1199 minutes, with a season-high 100 minutes against Denver (10/5).

2011 (Sophomore): One of three Huskies to start in all 16 matches...had one goal and three assists....his five points were tied for third-most on the team...scored a goal against Portland (9/25) and recorded assists against Butler (9/11), Wofford (9/16) and Oral Roberts (10/17)...played in the fourth-most minutes on the team, 1265.

2010 (Freshman): Played in 12 matches with two starts...half of his six shots were on goal.

High School: Played soccer...played club for AYSES '92 where he was team captain and voted Team MVP...led team in scoring and assists...two-time State Cup champions and two-time Classic League champions...trained and played with Cambur SC in the Netherlands.

Personal: Full name is Kyle Robert Herbison...kinesiology major...born Sept 17, 1991 in Overland Park, Kan...son of Randy and Kim Herbison...has one brother, Brandon...Brandon played golf at East Carolina, dad played college and professional golf and grandfather Jim Herbison played professional baseball with the Cardinals...enjoys playing golf, watching movies, playing video games and watching sports.
