2020: Ossai started all four games…made 22 tackles (12 solo), recorded one tackle for loss, three quarterback hurries, two pass breakups and forced a fumble…made six tackles at Texas Tech (9/12)…made a career-high 10 tackles in a 33-30 victory at Eastern Kentucky (10/3)…in the win over EKU, had a quarterback hurry that led to a red zone interception and forced the fumble on the Colonels’ final drive to seal the victory…named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

2019: Appeared in 10 games as a true freshman, recording 36 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, three quarterback hurries and a pass breakup…made a season-high 11 tackles against Texas Wesleyan (9/7)…registered seven stops, including 2.5 TFLs, at Abilene Christian (10/12)…posted eight stops and a quarterback hurry in a start at Sam Houston State (11/23)…named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

High School: Started one year at Oak Ridge High School for coach Dereck Rush...named second-team academic all-district, making 48 tackles (34 solo), six sacks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery...brother, Joseph, played at Texas and was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
