High School: Was a three-year starter at Second Baptist High School for coach Terry Pirtle…was a first-team all-district and all-state selection as a senior with 1,000 receiving yards and 21 touchdowns…was second-team all-district pick as a junior with 700 all-purpose yards and earned all-district honorable mention as a sophomore.
