2008: Appeared in 30 matches, including six starts, as a freshman…was sixth on the tam with 101 kills and second with 61 blocks…had a season-high eight kills at Texas-Pan American (10/19) and against Chicago State (10/18)…recorded six kills and a season-high six blocks in a five-set victory over South Dakota in the National Transitions Tournament championship match (11/15)…posted six kills and five blocks against Seattle in the semifinals of the National Transitions Tournament (11/14)…also had five blocks at Louisiana Tech (10/28).
High School: Was a two-year letterwinner and starter at McNeil High School for coach Karen Huffman…was named Team MVP and earned the Middle Blocker Award as a senior…also earned the Maverick Pride Award…received Academic All-State honors…was a member of the National Honor Society and was named a U.S. Army Reserve National Scholar Athlete.
