2019: Carter's .826 winning percentage was the best on the team, posting a 19-4 overall record. She paired with Danielle Wheeler in all of her appearances, going 17-4 at No. 5 and 2-0 in exhibition matches.

2018: Went 6-14 as a freshman. She had a 3-3 record at No. 5 with Kali Fluke. She was paired with Jordyn Miller in each of her other matches, going 4-11, 1-1 at No. 4, 0-3 at No. 5 and 3-7 in exhibition matches.

High School: Played indoors for Frontier High School and coach Steven Bently. She was a three-year letterwinner and two-year starter. As a senior, Carter hit .297 with 209 kills, 36 digs, 91 blocks and 27 aces and hit .292 with 213 kills, 59 digs, 119 blocks and 50 aces. She is the daughter of Jimmy and Barbara Carter and has an older sister, Jessica, and an older brother, Bryson.
