2014 (Senior): One of four Huskies to start all 16 matches…led team with five assists…added a goal for seven points…scored at Bakersfield (10/19)…had a two-assist game versus Belmont (9/19)…had helpers against IUPUI (9/13), Grand Canyon (10/24), and at Seattle (10/31)…named Second Team All-Conference…team captain.

2013 (R-Junior): Appeared in all 18 matches with 16 starts...scored one goal and added one assist for three points...the lone goal was a game winner in double overtime at Oral Roberts on Sept. 2...the assist came at IUPUI on Sept. 11...he played in 1310 minutes, which were the sixth-most on the team...was named Second Team All-WAC and WAC Academic All-Conference.

2012 (Junior): Played in the first four games of the season with four starts, before getting injured and missing the rest of the season...was a medical redshirt...assisted in the Huskies' season-opening 5-1 win over Oral Roberts (8/24)...had five shots with three shots on goal while playing in 306 minutes...redshirt the 2011 campaign as a true junior.

High School: Played soccer for coach Carlos Estrada...Most Valuable Player in 2003 and named Top Scorer in 2007...graduated as an honor roll student...played club for Motagua Reserves and head coach Reynaldo Clarasquin.

Personal: Full name is Gustavo Armando Alvarado...international business major...born Nov. 10, 1990 in Tegucigalpa, Honduras...son of Jose Alvarado and Karla Rubi...has one brother, Rodrigo...enjoys listening to music, watching movies and studying.
