Biography

2016: Holley played in all 11 games as a junior…made nine tackles and had one quarterback hurry…made a season-high two two tackles against Texas Southern (9/10), second-ranked Sam Houston State (9/24) and at Western Kentucky (10/1).

2015: Holley appeared in all 11 games as a sophomore, making six tackles...had two tackles in the season opener against Bethany (9/5) and two at Nicholls (10/17).

2014: Played in all 11 games, including 10 starts, on the defensive line as a redshirt freshman…made 15 tackles (11 solo)…made two sacks for losses totaling 11 yards…forced a fumble…made a season-high three tackles and had a sack and a forced fumble against Stephen F. Austin (10/25).

2013: Started all seven games for the Huskies, recording five tackles…had two tackles (one solo) at Sam Houston State…also had two stops (one solo) against Oklahoma Baptist…broke up a pass against Texas College.

High School: Was a one-year starter at Klein Oak High School for coach David Smith…was defensive line MVP as a senior…freshman defensive MVP…was team captain as a senior and freshman…earned academic all-district honorable mention.

Personal:Full name is Austin Holley…born May 10, 1995, in Houston…son of Andrew Holley and Candace Littles…has one older brother, Andrew…undecided on major.
