2012 All-Great West Conference Newcomer Team

Prior to HBU: Longoria appeared in five matches and 14 sets as a freshman for coach Molly Alvey at the University of Houston…recorded 26 digs for the 2011 season, averaging 1.86 per set…posted a career-high 11 digs against Illinois (9/3) and 10 against Dayton (9/2).
 
High School: Was a four-year starter at Richard King High School for coach Glenn Jacobs…was an all-district, all-metro and all-South Texas selection as well as runner up for setter of the year…led the Mustangs to a 45-5 overall record as a senior…graduated cum laude…played club volleyball for the Corpus Christi Wave and coach Tasha Wilson, making three-straight Junior Olympics appearances.
