HOUSTON, Texas – The Huskies will host TAMC at Sharp Gym on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. before matching up against McNeese on Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Legacy Center. HCU is coming off a pair of away matchups against SLU and New Orleans where they swept New Orleans after falling in a five-set thriller to SLU. The Huskies are undefeated against Texas A&M-Commerce capturing a 6-3 set differential in last season's two matchups since Commerce joined the Southland.
The Huskies (10-9, 5-2 SLC) are led by

th in the conference averaging 3.10 kills per set.
Audrey Pearce continues to hold 2
nd place in the Southland averaging 1.16 blocks per set while HCU is ranked 26
th in the nation totaling 81 blocks on the season.
Grace McLaughlin is averaging 9.55 assist per set ranking 2
nd in the SLC. The Huskies increased to 7
th in the nation in digs per set averaging 17.21 lead by
Kaley Feris averaging 4.41 digs per set.
The Lions (8-12, 4-3 SLC) are led by Kitana Tuufuli averaging 2.70 kills per set while Reese Fetty is averaging 2.07 kills per set. Breann Connally has dished out 369 assist on the season averaging 4.99 assist per set. Texas A&M-Commerce is led defensively by Jade Smith with 331 digs on the year.
HCU and McNeese are tied for third in the Southland standings with a 5-2 conference record. The Huskies are 13-8 all-time against the Cowgirls with a 15-7 set differential in the last six matchups. HCU split the conference series against McNeese last season sweeping the Cowgirls in Sharp Gym before falling in a late season conference matchup in Lake Charles if five-sets.
McNeese (7-13, 5-2 SLC) is led by Carissa Chainey ranked third in the conference averaging 3.27 kills per set. Megan Grose also sits third in the Southland averaging 9.38 assists per set while Bailey Tillman leads the conference in digs per set averaging 4.58.
