HOUSTON – Head men's soccer coach Ryan Pratt announced the signing of D'Alessandro Herrera to join the HBU program for the upcoming 2022 season.
Herrera, a 5-9 midfielder, is currently competing in the MLS Next Pro League with the Houston Dynamo 2. A Houston native, he has appeared in eight of the team's 11 matches and has one goal in 244 minutes played.
"We are extremely excited to add 'Dilo' to our group," said Pratt. "He has top-end technical ability and a very high soccer IQ. He is very quick, maintains possession very well and will help us control games. His background and experience with the Dynamo will help him contribute right away."
