COMMERCE, Texas - After two-straight weeks at home, HCU returns to the road to take on new Southland Conference rival Texas A&M-Commerce Saturday at 2 p.m. at Memorial Stadium. The Husky Sports Network audio broadcast with Garrett Jones will be available on HCUHuskies.com and the game will be shown on ESPN+.

Sophomore quarterback
Justin Fomby has completed 140-of-236 passes form 1,377 yards, 11 touchdowns and six interceptions for the Huskies (2-4, 1-2 SLC). Junior wide receiver
Karl Reynolds has 28 catches for 424 yards and five touchdowns, while junior wide receiver
Vernon Harrell has 21 catches for 251 yards and junior wide receiver
Deon Cormier has 22 catches for 137 yards and a touchdown. Freshman running back
Ismail Mahdi has 269 yards rushing with a touchdown and 163 yards receiving with two scores, while fellow freshman running back
Nate Livingston rushed for 105 yards against Northwestern State and has 200 total rushing yards for the season.

Sophomore linebacker
Rodney Dansby leads the Southland and ranks third nationally with 11.5 tackles per game and has 1.5 sacks and two fumble recoveries. Senior linebacker
Brennan Young is third in the league and tied for 10th nationally with 9.8 tackles per game and has 3.5 tackles for loss, while junior linebacker
Jalyx Hunt has 53 tackles, seven TFLs, 5.0 sacks, nine quarterback hurries, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery. Senior safety
Coi Miller leads the Huskies with three interceptions and sophomore cornerback
Devion Hargrove has 11 pass breakups.

Quarterback Eric Rodriguez has completed 76-of-111 passes for 1,080 yards, 14 touchdowns and three interceptions and also leads the Lions (4-2, 2-0) with 192 rushing yards. Andrew Armstrong has made 37 receptions for 718 yards and 11 touchdowns and Jaden Proctor has 22 catches for 220 yards and two touchdowns.

Darius Williams leads TAMU-C with 39 tackles and has forced a pair of fumbles and Clifford Funderburk has 3.0 sacks.

Saturday marks the first official meeting between the two schools. They did play during HCU's developmental season in 2013, with TAMU-C claiming a 55-21 victory.

The Huskies return home to take on Ohio Valley Conference foe and currently 14th-ranked UT Martin Saturday, Oct. 29 at 2 p.m. at Husky Stadium.
