EL DORADO, AK.: The Huskies are headed to Arkansas to take part in the Southland Conference Championship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The tournament will take place at the Mystic Creek Golf Club which is a par of 72 and 7,492 yards.
The Huskies will be sending redshirt freshmen Elise Parel and Aysis Azarcon, Senior Caylee Senn, Junior Sara Zrnikova, and freshman Lucia Allub. Tee-off for HBU begins at 9:30 a.m. on Monday morning.
HBU won back-to-back Southland Conference Championships in 2017 and 2018, before surrendering the title to Sam Houston in 2019. The 2020 championship was canceled due to COVID-19. Senn was a member of both championship squads for the Huskies, while Zrnikova helped win the 2018 title as a freshman.
