JONESBORO, Ark. – The HBU men's golf team will play in its second and final tournament of the fall when it competes in the Bubba Barnett Intercollegiate hosted by Arkansas State Monday and Tuesday at Ridge Point Country Club.
The Huskies will send out the lineup of freshmen
Oliver Dickman and
Cooper New, juniors
Mathew Chairuangdej,
Mason Ghidina and
Ransom Jacobson, and grad student
Marcelo Trevino.
Ghidina led the way for HBU last time out in September at the Jim Rivers Intercollegiate and Chairuangdej will be making his season debut.
Ridge Point is a 6,565-yard layout that plays to a par of 72. The other teams in the field are host Arkansas State, Abilene Christian, Central Arkansas, Indian Hills Community College, Missouri State, Oklahoma Christian, Oral Roberts, Southern Illinois, Stephen F. Austin, Texas State and UT Arlington.
The Huskies will open the spring semester at the Rice Intercollegiate Jan. 25 at Westwood Country Club in Houston.
