WGOLF: Huskies Set to Defend Their Title at Southland Conference Championship
HOUSTON- HBU Women's Golf is set to compete for their third straight Southland Conference Championship. The Huskies will also be looking for their third straight individual champion as
Lexi Brooks won in 2017 and
Kaity Cummings in 2018.
The Husky Lineup will be: seniors
Kaity Cummings and
Lexi Brooks, junior
Alisa Chong, sophomore
Sara Zrnikova, and freshman
Tiffany Nguyen.
HBU comes into the tournament ranked as the number one team in the conference just ahead of Sam Houston, and all five of the Husky lineup are ranked in the top 25 individually.
HBU will be teeing off from High Meadow Ranch Golf Club starting at 10:15 paired up with Sam Houston.
