Rob Lewis leads HBU (6-23, 2-14 SLC) in scoring with 12.3 points per game, while sophomore forward

Dantrell Thomas leads Nicholls State (12-13, 9-7 SLC) with 15.8 points and 5.4 rebounds per game. Jeremy Smith adds 13.9 points per game, while Sam McBeath adds 4.2 rebounds per game.
In the last meeting between the Huskies and the Colonels on Jan. 16, 2014 in Thibodaux, La., it came down to the wire with McBeath making the game-winning shot with two seconds left in a 66-64 win for the Colonels. Lewis led the Huskies with 18, while T.J. Carpenter had 13 for the Colonels.
The Huskies host McNeese State in the season finale Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at Sharp Gym. HBU will honor the 30th anniversary of the 1983-84 team's trip to the NCAA Tournament. Fans are encouraged to break out their best '80s outfits and join the celebration with members of the 1983-84 team and coaching staff.
