Kayla Armer led the Huskies with 26 assists in their 3-0 (20-25, 20-25, 15-25) fall to Sam Houston State University Thursday evening in Southland Conference volleyball play in Sharp Gym.

Beth Shecterle each led the Huskies with eight digs.
Devene Wells-Gibson led the Bearkats with a match-high of 15 kills. Tayler Gray recorded 36 assists for Sam Houston State. Both Grey and Wells-Gibson also led the Bearkats with nine digs. Claire Kilpatrick had 8 digs for Sam Houston State.
The Bearkats outhit the Huskies 42-30. Sam Houston State outdug HBU by just five digs. The Bearkats outblocked the Huskies 6.5-3.
The Huskies return to action in their last home game on Saturday, Nov. 16 against Lamar University starting at 1 p.m. in Sharp Gym. The Huskies will be honoring their seniors during this game.
