Davis scored a career-high 40 points and pulled down 13 rebounds in just 25 minuts of action in the Huskies' win over Crowley's Ridge on Jan. 13. He went 15-of-25 from the field, including 5-of-8 from beyond the arc and a perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line. His 40-point effort is the 13th in school history and has only been accomplished by seven players. The last player to score 40 or more in a game was when Rod Nealy set the school record of 52 points against Huston-Tillotson on Jan. 16, 2003.
