Sophomore first baseman Brennen Bales hit .357 (5-for-14) with a home run, a double, three RBIs and three runs in four games against UIW. The Nebraska City, Nebraska, native went 2-for-4 with a home run in Sunday's finale. Bales went 1-for-4 with two RBIs and scored a run on Saturday and was 2-for-3 with a double and scored a run in the second game of Friday's doubleheader.
