Perri followed his Great West Conference Runner of the Week performance by winning the LSU Invitational on Saturday, earning his second-consecutive conference honor. He won the race by 10 seconds, helping the Huskies to a tie for third place. Perri clocked in at 26:59.9 on the eight-kilometer course to beat Miami of Ohio's David Eichenberger and finish atop the 97-man field.
