Senior Kiersten Santana broke the program record in the 800 meters Saturday at the LSU Invitational in Baton Rouge, La. The Baytown, Texas, native clocked a time of 2:08.55 eclipsed her own record by more than a second and is the second-fastest time in the Southland Conference this season.
