Weidert was named the Tournament Most Outstanding Pitcher as the Huskies won their first Great West Conference championship, going 2-1 in tournament play in South Dakota...she struck out a career-high 13 batters twice in the tournament, in a 4-0 win over South Dakota and in a 6-3 loss to North Dakota...she had an ERA of 1.90...she struck out 33 batters in 23.2 innings, walking just three batters in the entire tournament and holding the opposition to a .186 batting average.
