Junior forward Alex Fountain, making his first starts of the season, averaged 8.5 points and 8.5 rebounds per game in aiding HBU to a 2-0 week with wins over McNeese State (82-73) and Southeastern Louisiana (77-58). Against the Cowboys, Fountain finished with 10 points and eight rebounds, before following with seven points and a career-high nine boards against SLU.
