Senior Brook Johnston claimed the individual title with a four-over 217 to lead HBU to a 20-stroke win at the Sam Houston State Bearkat Invitational on Tuesday. Johnston sat three strokes off the lead after 36 holes, turning in a three-under 68 - a career low - and five-over 76. The native of Cedar Park, Texas, then fired a two-over 73 in her final turn of the course to win by one stroke. Johnston's 217 tournament score is also a career low.
