Junior forward Rachel Arthur led all players with 21 points in Thursday's win over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, the Huskies' first win over the Islanders in program history. Arthur shot 67 percent (10-of-15) from the floor and finished two points shy of tying her career high. She also had four rebounds, four assists, and three steals. With TAMUCC down by three and with the ball, Arthur forced a steal, which led to a layup, building the lead to five with just under two minutes to play. Arthur scored 11 points, with three boards, two assists, and two steals at SFA Saturday. She averaged 35 minutes per game on the week.
