Junior forward Monet Neal set new career highs with three blocks and 11 free throws made as she tied the game high of 21 points and registered her second double-double of the season Saturday against Lamar. It was the third time this season Neal has scored 20-plus points and the first since dropping a career-high 28 points against Northwestern State Jan. 2. It was her first double-double since Jan. 2 against the Lady Demons. She shot 45 percent from the floor and 69 percent from the charity stripe while also registering two steals.
