Senior guard Marcel Smith hit a career-high four 3-pointers en route to a team-high 16 points in the Huskies' conference-opening loss to Northwestern State Saturday. He shot 5-of-12 from the floor and 50 percent from beyond the arc (4-of-8), while adding two free throws. Smith had an eight point, three rebound, and two assist game in Tuesday's win over Ecclesia.
