Schwirtlich earned National Fastpitch Coaches' Association (NFCA) All-Region honors last week, to go along with her First Team All-Southland Conference award earlier in the month. Schwirtlich led the conference with a .411 batting average, was second in both slugging percentage (.702) and on-base percentage (.588) and was in the top-10 in hits, doubles, triples, home runs, and RBI. She had 13 two-hit games and five 3-hit contests. Schwirtlich batted .300 with six hits, four doubles, and four runs scored against 2014 NCAA Tournament teams.
