Santana earned a silver medal in the 800 meters at the Southland Conference Tournament, as she clocked in at 2:12.55, finishing a little more than a second behind the champion. She ran a 2:13.46 in the preliminaries. She also helped the 4x400-meter relay team to a fifth-place finish with a time of 3:46.81.
