Caiti Wenger recorded a career-high of 22 kills and hit .559 in the Huskies' 3-1 win over McNeese State Thursday night. She followed that stellar performance with 20 kills and a .447 hitting percentage in a five-set win over Nicholls State two days later. She posted five blocks in each match and had three service aces against the Colonels on Saturday. For the season, Wenger has 12 double-digit kill performances, with nine coming in Southland Conference play. Wenger was named Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Week for her efforts.
