Sophomore DH Josh Martinez hit .444 (8-for-18), with a triple, four RBI, and two runs scored, as the Huskies went a perfect 5-0 on the week. HBU is currently on a season-high six-game winning streak, while Martinez has a six-game hitting streak. In a four-game series sweep at conference foe Chicago State, Martinez went 7-for-15 with four RBI and two runs scored. He had a bases-clearing triple in HBU's 10-5 over the Cougars in game one of a doubleheader Saturday, as he went 2-for-4 with four RBI in that game. He also pitched three scoreless innings. In conference play, Martinez is hitting .405 with two doubles, a triple, nine RBI, and five runs scored.
