Casey was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Rice Invitational, as the Huskies went 1-3 this past week against four top-100 teams. She recorded three double-doubles and led the Huskies in both kills (58) and digs (73), averaging 3.87 and 4.87 per set, respectively. In Tuesday's sweep of UTSA (99), she had 16 kills, the second-most in a three-set match in HBU history since returning to NCAA Division I, to go along with 10 digs. In Friday's five-set loss to Texas Tech (88), she posted her second 20-20 match of the season with 22 kills and 23 digs and had three of HBU's four 20-20 matches in NCAA competition. In Friday night's loss at Rice (89), which immediately followed the marathon against TTU, she had 14 kills and a career-high 26 digs for her 6th double-double of the season. She had six kills and 14 digs Saturday against Cal State Northridge (83), her 7th-straight match with double figure digs and ninth overall for the season. Casey was named both Great West Conference Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week for her efforts.
