Lower pitched a gem in Saturday's first game of a doubleheader at UT-Pan American, tossing a four-hitter in nine innings, as the Huskies defeated the Broncs, 4-2, in 12 innings. He did not allow a run, while walking just one and striking out four, as he threw 111 pitches in the process. He had 14 groundouts in the game. On the season, Lower leads the team with 50 strikeouts.
