Williams was an All-American for the Huskies in 1998, a three-time All-Region player, a two-time All-Sectional player, an All-Red River Athletic Conference player in 1998, and a three-time team MVP. She holds three of the top ten most service aces in a season with two of those being the most ever in a season. Her highest total for a season was 126 in 1997. Williams is tied for fourteenth in career kills with 841, ninth in career digs with 1,265, twelfth in career assists with 911, and first in career service aces with 334.
