Elias was a three-time All-American for the Huskies, an Academic All-Region/District/Conference in 1994, and the District Freshman of the Year in 1994. She has pitched two no-hitters with one of them being a perfect game. In the 1995 season, she pitched in 38 games, and had 32 complete games. She compiled 24 wins with 242 strikeouts in 221.1 innings pitched. She has the most career games pitched with 114, the second most career strikeouts with 724, the third most career wins with 72, the most career innings pitched with 664.2, the most career complete games with 97, and has the second most career shutouts with 35.
