Phillips was a two-time All-American for the Huskies, an Academic All-American/All-American Scholar in 2001, a two-time Academic All-Region/District/Conference, a two-time All-Region player, and a two-time All-Red River Athletic Conference player. In the 2000 season, she had 67 hits with 16 of them being doubles, and 7 of them being triples. Phillips also had 45 runs scored and 43 runs batted in that year. She ranks eighth in career hits with 169, eighth in career runs scored with 105, second in career doubles with 44, sixth in career triples with 12, tied for ninth in career stolen bases with 24, eighth in career runs batted in with 99, and first in career batting average with a .409 average.
